I was v excited for the new design but got v disappointed with the quality and performance of clasp. It's so hard to undo when it's done. A zipper or magnetic closure would have been much better.. otherwise,, I am happy with different compartments.
The quality of the bag is not what I expected. The straps are so thin, the money isn’t worth it. Also the customer service is really poor I am contacting them from almost one week but no response from their side. Its clearly mentioned on the page about the return policy but at the time of return they don’t answer
